The application form can be collected from the
office of the undersigned on all working days by cash payment of Rs. 200/- (Rs.
50 for SC/ST) for which demand
draft is not needed. The downloaded form must accompany demand draft of
Rs. 200/- (Rs. 50 for SC/ST) in favour of Director, BPS Govt. Medical College
for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, Haryana payable at Gohana. The application
complete in all respect must reach the office of Director, BPS Govt. Medical
College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, Haryana, latest by 04.06.2012.
