IBPS CWE (Common Writen Examination) For PO (Probationary Officers) - 2012

IBPS, an autonomous body, has been authorised by the IBA and has received mandates from 19 Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees posts twice in a year for their requirements.

2nd Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by the IBPS as a per-requisites for selection of personnel for Probationary Officers (PO)/ Management Trainees posts in the following 19 Public Sector Bank.

Allahabad Banks / Andhra Bank/ Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Canara Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Corporation Bank/ Dena Bank/ Indian Bank/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Oriental Bank of Commerce/ Punjab National Bank/ Punjab & Sind Bank/ Syndicate Bank/ Union Bank of India/ United Bank of India/ UCO Bank/ Vijaya Bank

Those will be successful in the Common Written Exam (CWE) will be given a scorecard (Like CAT exam of IIM) and may apply to any of the participating bank when they come up with their job vacancy and then these successful candidates have quote their personal details and their CWE scores.

Each of the bank will issue individual recruitment notifications, details of vacancies, eligibility criteria etc. separately.

Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts :

Age : 20-30 years, age relaxation as per rules for SC/ST/OBC/ PWDs/ Ex.-SM
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline.

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) PO Recruitment 2012 - IBPS PO JOBS 2012

Recruitment of 1500 Probationary Officers (PO) in Indian Overseas Bank (IOB)

Indian Overseas Bank (IOB), invites Online applications from Indian Citizens for the post of Probationary Officer in JMG - I Scale from those candidates who have taken the Common Written Examination (CWE) for Probationary Officers/Management Trainees conducted by IBPS in Sept / Nov 2011 and obtained a valid IBPS CWE-PO/MT-2011 Score Card of minimum 120 for General candidates and minimum 105 for SC/ST/OBC/PH category and and who meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this notification :

Probationary Officers (PO) (JMGS-I) : 1500 posts (UR-736, OBC-392, SC-223, ST-149), Pay Scale : JMG-I - Rs.14500-25700/-, Age : 21-30 years as on 01/07/2011, Qualification :
(1)Graduation with minimum 60% Marks.(55% Marks for SC/ST/PC category) How to Apply : Apply Online at IOB web site between 30/03/2012 and 19/04/2012.

(ii) Computer literacy shall be an essential qualification, which the candidate must either possess before or acquire within six months of joining the Bank.

(iii) Diploma in Banking & Finance (DBF) from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) is a desirable qualification besides the above entry level qualification.

Application Fee : Rs.200/- (Rs.50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in cash at the any of the IOB and take candidate copy and payment challan.
