Eligibility Criteria for Government of Andhra Pradesh Recruitment :
Educational Qualification :
For Staff Nurse : Candidates must Passed in DGNM / BSc. (N) / MSc.(N).
For Refractionist : Passed Intermediate examination with MPC/BiPC and With Diploma in Optometry / Refractionist.
For Physiotherapist : Passed Intermediate examination with Bi.PC and bachelor degree in physiotherapy (BPT) from recognized university.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As per AP Govt. Rules
Job Location : Andhra Pradesh
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs. 500/- through Demand Draft in favour of “ Member Convenor / Regional Director Of Medical and Health Services, Guntur Payable at Guntur. SC/ST/PH/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the payment of fee.
How to Apply : Interested candidates may apply in prescribed application along with self-attested copies of relevant documents, experience certificate, DD & One self addressed Cover size 12 X 26 cm with postal stamps for worth of Rs. 35/- and self addressed post card send to the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Guntur is on or before 30.07.2016.
